Sleep Well Online will accept returns on any unopened product within 15 days of the original ship date. A 15% returns processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost and the customer will be credited for the difference. Shipping costs are not refundable. Any opened products cannot be returned.
Any Pillows, pillow cases, Wipes, Mask Cleaner are NOT available for return. All sales are finial on these items.
Sleep Well Online will accept returns on supplies sold that are found to have a manufactures defect. If the product had been purchased within the last 15 days please contact us to trouble shoot the issues. If Sleep Well Online finds that a replacement is required you will be issued a return label. Sleep Well will deal with the manufacture to have the exact item replaced. **No refunds, credits or replacements will be issued until the products are received and examined by Sleep Well Online.
**Please note that all machines including CPAP, Auto CPAP, Bi-Level, travel PAP’s, batteries and SoClean cannot be returned once it has shipped. In the event that a machine is malfunctioning the manufacture holds the warranty decision. The manufacture has the sole decision to replace or repair the equipment.
If a machine in no longer under warranty the manufacture MAY have the ability to repair the machine. Repair fees are at the expense of the customer and this may not be available through all manufactures.
**No equipment, supplies and or machines should be returned prior to contacting Sleep Well Online.**
Federal Law requires that we have a prescription on file for any machines and humidifies sold. To satisfy this requirement an Rx must be uploaded to us prior to shipping.
Accessories and mask kits do not require a prescription.
